"Why would they make any changes, even by $5 or $10bn when they know the market will over react to these."

They might make some small token change to establish Bernanke's exit strategy BEFORE he retires from the FED. Put yourself in Bernanke's place---would you want to resign before starting an exit strategy, however miniscule and flexible---I think not. Greenspan before him is left with little if any respect.

EU bearish count. Probably done 5 down on the H.1 from the 3344 high. I wouldn't want to see the current ret exceed the 78.6% level at 3310.Its already achieved the 61.8% level after NFP

Do you know how they do the unemployment household survey in the US ?

When I read about the methodology I thought that has to be one of the dumbest things I have ever read in my entire 69 yr life--lol.

And no point listening to economists--99% are wrong with their forecasts 99% of the time. It's one of those completely useless/futile professions. They should all be rounded up and put into manufacturing jobs.

Have you heard about the new dance called "The Taper".

One step forward, two back, one step to the left and two steps to the right, all turn around and repeat. Try to look as stupid as you possibly can.

Its all about Bernanke's resignation from the Fed, nothing more, nothing less.

The US economy still has enormous downside risks on a macro perspective (as do all our economies)
