redstone, gbpjpy could go all the way to 147 before year end. but a little higher in Dec.

malek, i still see CADJPY to retest 83. chart still shows a double top.

houram, DPJ victory is good for jpns consumer as they focus on consumption rather than on infrastructure. Nikkei may react favourably but the YEN to remain robust.

Hi Ashraf,
hope you are enjoying your holiday.
There is much talk that the opposition will win the Japan elections and that it will have positive effect on the Nikkei. What is your take on the Nikkei and JPY?

EURGBPP year end around 0.96 or 0.97

true but traders and investors probably overlook those weak countries and focus on the the heavy weighted eurozone gdp contributors eg germany

Hi Ashraf
When people analyse euro they think of old deutschmark and Germany strength they never think of its weak members Spain,Ireland, Italy , Greece. These countries are in far worse condition than US.

ashraf your forecasts are tough to reach for eurodollar but we will see. euro should do well against majors.

ashraf, what is your cable year end?

Ashraf you are bearish on cable but bull on Euro.Does this mean we could be looking at euro/gb at close to parity.
