at the moment basically long EUR AUD NZD GBP short JPY CHF CAD thus low leverage of about 30.. and FX Aug11 options in EUR and AUD for extra volatility protection..

strategy i use is to pair hedge.. i guess like you Sir.. i use swissie and yen hedges to play higher leverages elsewere..

I expect some sort of calming message from white house before fx trade resumes in asia...but no major solution...perhaps a small debt ceiling lift . Could be enough to bring EURUSD down a bit say max 100 pips down from NY close. It remains fundamental because Euro is still on the edge of collapse.

that depends on techique used.. swing 20-50 scalp 50-100 and higher again for FX options..

fairly active equity portfolio management but as somebody already mentioned here it's mainly ma driven investment type.. and FX small part only and as I said mainly for hedging.. as for EUR see chart below..

primarily use FX swaps/futures to hedge equities.. but in private especially lately its all unadulterated highly leveraged FX producing alternative salary:-)
