how is eurobond constitutionally approved? I think formally impossible. But they don't have time for formal correctness. The EU has known or should have known for many years, that the economies of Greece Portugal, and Spain did not grow enough to support the total of govt
expenses. They knew of rising unemployment and lack of jobs for the young. But these officials had been on permanent vacation. Now as some returned from vacation they started to harp on they have been living beyond their means...austerity... hang them higher...
It is only and only failure of politics. Now US and China loose patience with this congregation
of resorters. They must wake up and change the EU constitution. No choice.

in so far as fibs are concerned on the 4hr, we need to ignore stupid spikes to the 1.4284 level and take fibs from the 4548 high to the 3496 low.

Cluster at 38.2% ret with the 127.2% sym ext # at 3899 level. 50% at 4022 etc.

ya i was stoped out of earlier short at smasll loss then focused on 13830 is where i steped back in as long as this 13890area holds for resis i see a possib dip back towards 13810 where i;ll be going flat:)..ok gl/gt:)
