Take a look at what the dollar did last time after QE was announced - Ashraf has mentioned it ... Once the QE was announced the dollar rallied.
Market is jittery now because no one wants to be short USD going into the G20

Ashraf has also pointed out that the dollar would find a floor when China started tightening. Swaps show China policy makers will boost benchmark interest rates 4x in next 12 mths.
Whenever they have tightened before they never just did it once, they did it gradually in stages.

I think we retest the August highs. The sentiment for the dollar is the worst it has been since December 2009 (only 3% bullish) and price is higher. October CoT data showed biggest dollar short bets (30bln) since June 2008.
There are too many people on one side of the boat, positioning is too extreme - there is likely to be a short squeeze in the dollar.
