Read a great article highlighted by Joe Saluzzi of Thermis trading about how the fed doesn't report M3 anymore. Interestingly M3 is a good way of spotting the FEDs visible/invisible hand of intervention in the equity mkts....

Asad congrats, Fri was a great day for shorts in WTI...I went in short when around 72.6...unfortunaltely didnt expect it to crash as it did so couldnt maximise the swing...ah well back to the game on Monday morning!!

According to Totals CEO crude is likely to rise to more than USD 145/BBL by 2014 as supplies struggle to meet rising demand. Says there is a risk of another oil crisis as explorers scale back spending plans and scrap projects.
