This is proabbly blasphemy
I prefer to trade futures over spot forex for day trading.
Would only consider trading spot forex as swing trades or position trades.

Hello Everyone,

I plan on trading the EURO Futures EC, currencies are new markets for me.
Need some help as to the session I should set my charts to.
Im trying to get feel as to what the majority of participants in Currencies use as there session;
continous all data charts or separate the session into Tokoyo, London, NewYork.

I live in New York Time zone.
