Hi guys, I will appreciate your help on this.

I am a subscriber following the Forex trades for Ashraf.

I also want to place trades on S&P500, Gold, Silver and Crude Oil. But I dont know how to do this. I have an ETrade account. Can you please tell me exactly which symbols represent the following:

S&P500
Gold
Silver
Crude Oil

I am in Virginia and got stopped out of EUR Trades by a crazy 15 minute candle at 4:00 AM. Can anyone tell me what hapenned?
