Don't Forget the Yen

Much ado about USD rebounds during falling markets, but JPY strength still outperforms USD.

You are all correct and I apologize to Ashrad. I know he is a very good analyst.

I will be a positive contributor to forums in the future.

Does anyone else notice that Gold is laboring here?

Pippedoff,
agree with the comments from the other forum members.
Let's pl keep the forum constructive and share ideas in a positive manner. No trader makes the right calls 100% of the time, including yourself....its impossible.

This is a free blog hosted by Ashraf, to only help traders like us, as much as he can. This is not his full time job! He is rendering a free service, to only help......we are supposed to take his analysis and then use our own analysis, to make decisions. What each trader does, is ultimately their own decision and responsibility. He does not owe anyone on this forum, anything. And....he has made the right calls, more often, than any other analyst, that I know of. So, lets pl respect that. He is one of the best market analysts, that we have seen.

In conclusion, would like to see your forecasts, on trends for the major pairs and commodities, for the rest of this week/month.....and if you are right, that would be very helpful to everyone on the forum.

Peace.

PippedOff,

Pleased understand that Ashraf cannot disclose his trades as these COULD be held as being CMC's positions (although I know that CMC doesn't do prop trading).

Second, why would you go on embarrassing someone - it's like a smear campaign - in their own Forum (in front of their followers)? Inter-maret analysis, I have learnt in recent months, is not a cup of tea! There're SO many variables involved that one is bound to go off target (repeat, off-target...not wrong) at some point. But does that mean that you start off w/ slander? You've been wrong in life too, right?

If I had the knowledge (& audacity) that you possess, I'd go towards making this forum better. Seriously, think about it. Why not try & become one of the best analysts on this forum? Imagine everyone asking you TOO about trading ideas...

P.S. You're not the first (apparently) smart poster who arrogant & audacious!

Frank,

Finally someone who makes sense.

Of course it was a setup. That's what Goldman is notorious for. I pity all the suckers who bel;ieved, who believed, who believed.

All those lemlings getting margin calls now.

USD/JPY 91.85 WITH NO RELIEF IN SITE.

Whilst I also tentatively called for a USD/JPY drop (see my last) I second GC. Let's try to make this a constructive forum and if people have a view then explain the thinking behind it - that's far more interesting.

One thing I did note however is Goldman's talking a very low number (-25K?) just before the NFP was released. IMO they are one crowd whose advice it is better to ignore as it seems that they drop these stories just to squeeze that last drops out of punters - either that or they're just plain stupid (which I doubt so I take teh cynical view on GS and some others).

OK GC, GREAT ADVICE.

But you don;t think when an analyst and is so grossly wrong by 300 pips, he should rescind his recommendation and acknowledge it was a poor call?

Also, his trades should be disclosed so we all can see if he practices what he preaches.

I hope all the lemlings didn't follow this Pide Piper over a wall and into the abyss of margin calls....

Hi PippedOff,

I think everyone got your message. There is no need to continue repeating yourself.

As Ashraf is just giving his analysis, if you think it aligns to yours, you can go ahead to trade otherwise just give it a miss. He is not forcing you to follow him.

Do be more constructive going forward.
