Also, nice call on the response to Bernanke's comments - considering I sold GBP/JPY, do you have any thoughts on the BoE minutes tomorrow? Thanks

Hi Ashraf,

Thanks for the last IMT, I had similar thoughts and shorted GBP/JPY at 153.50. Can you give a stop point for that. Thanks so much. Killer USD/JPY call/chart, by the way.

Hopefully the stop will be irrelevant by the time you get this. Thanks as always.

Gunjack, i would not think so. Look at the DIVERGECNE between nasdaq and S&P as technology is being sold off. I do not see 1000 here and im not long stocks here.

Hi Ashraf - SPX just breaking through 957 mark...when do you think would be a good exit level for SPX longs or could this rally take us all the way to 1000?

Thx

shankar, for such a long term question, i definitely think it's worth diversifying into AUD and EUR. But you can also buy some ETFS that are denominated in Brazilian Reals, Chinese Yuan and Indian Rupiah.

Hi Ashraf, do you think holding most of your portfolio in Usd is a problem long term 5 to 10 year horizon. do you see chance of usd falling off the creek.

we're probably going to need more than Ashraf's hand to get this S&P to 1000

TG, maradona's hand of god was in 1986 not 1994. youre not the only one who did not see the current eqty rebound. But i was relatively skeptical about the previous equity selloff. we needed to see drop below 877. i guess we will before end of Q3.
