rim, my monthly charts clearly showes 1.7 will be impossible to be crossed.

shaer, i said "upside remain limited at $1.63" that means i do NOT expect it to rise above 1.63.

last time i asked ashraf about lira, i though it could be a short lived strategy for lira strenghning.
but within a week it gains from the 31 around 10cents.
i think there is still 10 more cents

for dxy to arrive to 90 that means a pair at 1.23
and last time i talked to ashraf about this level he told me that things would have to be really bad

boe QE has attained its critical mass. that reflects my own opinion.
QE has played its role
now its time for the others components to come in act.

the pound will need a systemic shock to get it to plummet. Till then i can't see it dropping like a stone. QE extension and possibly rate hikes early on from fed could also do but more so credit rating issues, political instability and accross the board strength from the dollar.
