Hi Ashraf. What do you see coming at this point in time. The USD (index) vs North American stock markets and Gold? Will the greenback (nee...wetback) let the stock rally continue or is it time for risk aversion and a dollar bounce? Would the Fed rather see a continued rally to boost fragile investor psychology and let the dollar slide? On another website (GATA) they are posting a large increase in the number of COT short positions by commercials. Can the dollar keep falling and gold go lower at the same time? Is the US in a conundrum?

wolf, 95.80 is the resistance in the USDJPY channel. The downtrend is still intact.

Hi Ashraf.
Where do you see USDJPY going before coming down in the channel towards the bottom?

Ashraf thanks for the earlier reply...Was thinking of taking out a GBPJPY short today (157.13-25). Could you advise where you see the res level on this pair if it was too keep rising.

Thanks

Jack, bonds are falling adn yields are rising. US 1-0 yr yield at 3.75% 4-week high. relationship remains largely inverted.

Ashraf what do you make of the rally in equities last week and how it doesn't seem to have been matched by a corresponding fall in bonds (bund / 10yr t bill) - I was always told to watch the bond market as a good indicator for an economy...your views pls?

Thx

Ashraf ,early today on Twitter you mention a eurusd target for December ( 155-156 ) and then write that the same goes for audusd. I take that to mean you are also bullish on this pair but was wondering if you might have an end of year target also?
