ECB ready to buy It . and Spanish bonds means these bonds cannot be sold at capital markets... this is quantitative easing, it is plain monetizing ... i don't think that will help EUR that much , in turn it means also : deflation . However what CBs need ( with the exception of the FED) is inflation. Thus gold is a key indicator.
