As a brit I always feel ashamed the way our highly complexed legal system which evolved from magna carta in 1215 manages to release islamic suspect terrorists on some trivial lack of evidence technicality. Next thing we hear is the trouble maker cultivated here exported to our US friends to do his wicked deeds there, or some other country, or training young suicide bombers in Afghanistan.

The US legal system has a much tougher attitude with suspects in general and I think UK could learn some lessons.
