Has anyone done a study on eurusd relation to bond spreads eu-us 10 year spreads? If yes how do we see this on bloomberg/stockcharts.com etc.

If EU yield spread over UST comes down, then DXY should be possitive but on the other hand, when the yield comes down, the bonds of the market is going up which then should imply greater capital into that currency. There fore EURO should go up. Am confused on how to intepret the yield spread as a function of forex.

Can someone help.

I made an error in tp entry thus both lots EURUSD short from 3510 and 3544 took profit @3499.
It is obvious both Merkel and Schauble are about to by pass the parliament on EFSF leverage up to EUR trn 2.5 . This can work will see it today. Thus the parliament may vote for extension of 200 bln whilst exactly it is 1.4 trn.

thx sir.. that's explains latest silver price plunge.. they probably sold that silver forward.. only 2.5% gold in that booty so gold price not affected:-)

agree with Dave.. such wedges don't hold for long..

euro short with reverse stop looks good bet:-)
