real nice 8% trend day down today in SPX (ES) internals. Breadth never looked back and closed on lows not seen since May/June 2010. Will be looking for divergence in the days ahead.

wassat Gunjack? all I see is you expecting 1640s/1650s in gold and did I miss your silver analysis ?

I would check your gold data, don't think it went there.

Don't trade GC often, but anyone seeing 1640s-1650s as a decent trading zone?

another perspective on silver.. will gold lead then?.. perhaps move to 1650-1700 in gold before 45 in silver..

"..UBS precious metals analyst Edel
Tully says the gold:silver ratio "appears to have found a base around 40
for now" and notes that that level "has been tested and held several
times since May". Tully says funds that gravitated towards silver
earlier in 2011 "are likely to head back into gold in H2 and we look for
the gold:silver ratio to move higher." Unless there is more marked
participation by Chinese and other global investors in silver, "another
atempt at $50 is unlikely and the gold:silver ratio should remain
supported at 40," she says.."

silver trading in tight 40-41 consolidation range and building energy for a major move.. 45 or 35?.. hey that gives me an options play idea!..

often i wish i traded oil.. perhaps just lease a tanker as any self-respecting HF manager does.. then get Sir as a skipper and make additional pips while at port:-)
