yes possible double top but dow went higher as did Russell small caps. Nasdaq techs lagged. I tend to look at the 4 major indices to form a view. Always have at least two alternate counts to cover. One will be the "preferred count"

my minimum target for completed 5:C would be at where W.5=W.1 at 1367. Max target would be at 1440.83.
