Discuss Gold, Oil & Indices (Equity & Bond Indices)
When he big players, (The Rats) leave a sinking ship, they do the sensible thing, they use their
lifeboat the huge cash mountain they have generated by ramping the market, and sail away.
the lifeboat of cash keeps them afloat until they decide to use the millions and billions they
have made to manipulate the market on another day.
That is a very simplistic analyses I accept, and other factors even beyond the control
of the Rats come into play, but I think that this is what is happening with Gold at the
moment.
Good Luck Out There
This is my favorite topic what is information and I think I have solved it...
anyway you know all those animals had made it to the hilltops before man received information a tsunamy will possibly come along.
I suspect oil will be around 70 by tomorrow.
- US jobs data coming today is important
- New offshore drilling has been put on hold (IEA said if this is permanent, this will shoot up oil prices)
- EIGHT Wall St banks are being investigated by SEC for possible criminal charges related to their CDS' ratings by S&P, Fitch etc)
What do you think?

P.S. Catnip, BEFORE you write another word...please answer my question below. I'm waiting...and I'm anxious!
Since you're SO smart w/ theory (& I'm sure 'practice' ;) ), explain where rats go when they leave a sinking ship (in the middle of the Atlantic). Mind you, the water temp's like 1*C & the nearest shore is only about seven hours away!
Now, the ship will sink ANYWAY...so do they take a lifeboat or dinghy? Seriously, I'm perplexed - hell...I've even lost interest in oil momentarily.
S/ONE GET THIS RESOLVED FOR ME!!

You've done the prisoner's dilemma thingy at univ, right? It's cool, isn't it? ;)

Basically then, if they WANT you to go long, then you SHOULD go long. They'll get us either way! Hmm. Do I make sense here?
