khye, Dec 11 to Singapore. inflation will not emerge until banks begin to use that liquidity and actually lend it. do not confuse retail price inflation with liqudity inflation.

Hi Ashraf,

In your book, you stated that one of the factors that cause the oil crisis of 74 was inflation and falling dollar. Do you think that history will repeat itself again with the current attitude of the fad to create this dollar carry trade? When do you think inflation in US will show in PPI and CPI and how high will it go?

On what data you are going to Singapore and will you be in CMC Spore?

kidwai, audusd daily still looks toppish after only a brief rally post-jobs. AGAIN, audjpy looks bearish and audusd heading towards 0.9200.
