All eyes shift to Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke's speech at the Kansas City Fed's annual Jackson Hole symposium, due at 10:00 EST, 14:00 GMT, 15:00 BST. Considering Bernanke's recent speeches and the 3-man opposition at the FOMC to maintaining dovish language and keeping rates until 2013, it is NOT at all certain that he will give any strong hints regarding outright asset purchases (QE3).
