انا ارى ان ما يقوم به البنك المركزى الأوروبى شراء السندات الايطالية والاسبانية
هو عبارة التيسير كمى
فهو رفع اسعار الفائدة لادخال السيولة ثم يستعملها لشراء سندات الدول المتعثرة
ومنه انا لا ارى ان اليورو سيرتفع كثيرا وان هدا الارتفاع هى التقاط للانفاس من ازمة الديون السيادية قبل ان تتضح الرؤية ويبدء بالنزول طبعا ليس مقابل الدولار الامريكى
