All site members and visitors,

I am following race on shortyawars.com for the best finance, and so far I am dissapointed in the outcome. First place is Suze, and with all respect to her and her knowledge of personal finance, I find that she most f the time stating the obvious things. My guess is that people that are in forex business do not benefit from her or her advice, and we do benefit from Ashraf and his view on forex markets. This race is about us, about beneficiaries of the financial advice, and now we have a say who do we think is the best at what they do. I do not know what does Suze Orman or anybody else does for their site members, or for the people that they comunicate with, but I doubt they do more than Ashraf. Before this post get to be too long to read I would like to ask ALL members/visitors of this site to support Ashraf as much as they can. Why ? Because he takes his time to answer just about every question posted on this site, and on twiter, stocktwits, and does not ask for anything back, and than we benefit. We can take our time to vote for him, ask our family, friends, coleges, to do US a favour, and help somebody that is helping US. We can utilize all means of communications, phone, text, e-mail, facebook, myspace, because that is the way that we can help. Obviously casting just one vote is not enough.
Please, show appriciation by doing something, and not just saying "thanks Ashraf". This is not about money, but about appriciating his hard work and dedication.

b.

p.s. i know some of us are not on twiter, so in my next post i am going to provide step by step instructions how to register and vote.

Ashraf,

CAD/JPY daily chart looks very interesting with the double top from aug 7th. Keeping in mind there was similar situation on the both pairs, CAD was showing strength and JPY was weak across the board, particulary on that day, that was the peak for the both pairs against many currencies. In my belief i hold that chart can "sometimes" predict upcoming events, so in this case it would mean going short on CAD/JPY. I know it sounds 'bit creazy to go short right now when strong (CAD) is getting stronger and weak (JPY) is getting weaker especially after new fin. minister coments.
I would be nice to hear Your view on this pair, and what events could prompt sell of in CAD/JPY ?

Thank You

Ashraf,

I agree, that''s the goal that makes him great, gotta love him. Far as the national performance, I think it is just matter of time, but Messi alone can not make Argentina great it takes whole team together with the coach. However, " The force is strong with this one"

this is nothing about FX or financial markets,

I was stating before that Ashraf is in forex world what L. Messi is in soccer world. Now we'll wait for the final announcement for Ashraf.
For those that follow updates on IMT and stocktwits, last week every single call was on the target...... and that is besides the mega trade on EUR/USD. I hope site members cashed in on it.

Ashraf, enjoy well deserved vacation and happy holidays

Asad, do you agree 'bout Messi ?

EUR/CHF..........ouch. I would probably went in with bigger position, but silence and absence of the analyst (including Ashraf) pointing out on SNB intervention, stoped me from going all in. After a while I felt alone talking about EUR/CHF trade. I figured that SNB thinks (hopes) that pair would level itself out without them spending money. I heard interventions are EXPENSIVE. It would be interesting to know how much money it really takes to intervene in currency market ? Ashraf, anyone ?

Ashraf,

since you indicated on EUR/CHF (long time ago) and swiss bank intervention that was my favorite pair to trade. Reason for that extremely profitable trades, and almost no losses Looking at the pairs recent movements, I already open one long position at 1.5070 and planing on adding more if it falls below 1.5050. I am a bit nervous because USD/CHF is showing losses for CHF. Taking that into account do you think it is wise to bank on Swiss Bank promise of intervention in EUR/CHF and how much weight they put on the other pairs (USD, GBP, JPY, AUD) and their performence at the time of possible involvment ?

I know SNB does not give warning signals, but is there something besides price in EUR/CHF that I should pay attention to.

thank You

p.s.
EUR/USD call (hot chart) was hot hot hot hot.

i just have to add this to my favorite trades;

SNB board member Thomas Jordan; SNB wants to have high effect of interventions, buying USD and EUR at the same time"

I have to thank Ashraf for his precious tweets about SNB intervention, and ECB borrowing.

....for some reason I feel really good when i hear statement from Swiss bank president that goes like this;

The Swiss franc has appreciated slightly in trade-weighted terms, as a result of the recent weakening of the dollar. However, it has remained stable against the euro, which shows that the monetary policy followed since March has been effective. An appreciation of the Swiss franc against the euro would run counter to the relaxation in monetary conditions brought about through the interest rate channel.

This is why the SNB will continue to act decisively to prevent any excessive appreciation of the Swiss franc against the euro

the last part is my favorite.

Asad,

I was recently in Vegas for Traders Expo where i met many traders who did not know about stocktwitts. At the same time I reminded myself that I was in the same situation not too long ago, and today Stocktwitts is part of my trading. I have a feeling that many people are missing out without stocktwitts so I try to help when help is wanted. On this site we all enjoy unmatched market analasys and trading ideas from the top man in business, at least that we can do is help eachother out. When some of us can answer questions like El Shaer had, we should take time from our bussy schedules so we can give Ashraf more time to do what he does best.

Your are right about Barca, but i think that i first developed taste for the city, then for the football club. As for the Messi.......... is there anybody that would categoricaly disagree ?

El Shaer,

go to twitter.com and sign up for the account. It is in the right upper corner. You will need unique name and password as well as e-mail account that you would use. I suggest that you open new e-mail account that would be dedicated for twitter, trading, and stocktwitts. After you input info for twitter you will conect it with you e-mail and input your e-mail password. When you are done setting up account, than you will choose who do you want to follow. you choose -alaidi/twitter.
To improve this more you should open the account with Stocktwitts.com. You would go the the website and sign up the same way as with twitter, and you would link it with you twitter account, than you would see Ashraf's trading ideas in the fastest possible way. Download stocktwitts desktop on you computer, and you will get trading ideas before you would have a question.

I hope it helps
