Ashraf,

on a weekly Chart of NOK/JPY we can see 100 SMA resistance and a pair is making lower highs. What is Your opinion on going short if/when risk aversion strikes the market?

Thank You

In Thread: CHF
The SNBs reserve holdings increased to 56bn, a 51% increase over Q4 holdings, which implies
that intervention in EUR/CHF was significant in the first quarter of 2010. Since the latest round of intervention, suspected to have been on April 1

can't wait for Dick Fuld this morning, defending Lehman. That just must be good. Fallen warrior is going to try to raise from the ashes. Phoenix ?. If it was not for Goldman noise this would be media delight.

Ashraf, catnip

input is much appreciated, this trade started as "no doubt" and after a 3rd day of no movement, questions start to pop-up. I decided to scale down the trade to a minimum and keep it for a reason of great entry, and worst case scenario is break even.

Thanks

Ashraf

I went short on NOK/SEK, on the begining of the week, but not much is happening. What would be Your take on this pair? Short, Long, neutral. I thought it is a good short opportunity for a medium term trade or as long as 200 SMA keeps the lid or more talk about Riksbank raising rates soon.

Thank You

Golman Sachs economist Hatzius;
FED will keep near zero interest rates throughout 2010, and there is 50% chance to keep them through 2011.

Something to think about.

this is the website where you can compare different currencies against gold, oil, USD index...... I find it very, very useful, and if you read Ashrafs book, you will get full benefit out of this.

Ashraf,

thanks for the great presentation (Toronto), it was definitely worth the trip.

site visitors;

to see Ashraf live is really something, if there is a chance to see one of his presentations do not hesitate, you will be glad later. There was nobody that could say it was boring, but very incisive, funny, and full of trade ideas.
