China is sitting on vast amounts of US Treasuries and is becoming increasingly less willing to add to the pile. Instead, the worlds second largest economy prefers to accelerate diversification by buying European (read German and to a lesser extent French) and Japanese bonds.

This action is having a significant bearish effect on USD/JPY and also means that China is again a net buyer of EUR/USD in the FX markets.

on the day fed announce qe2 it will shoot up and then slowly come down to 75 and in winter 60 and 70.
double dip is certain.

Gold and Oil will rise whatsoever the NFP release.Because Goldman sachs have full controlled.
everyone has bought usd .so usd will fall except jpy.
