I think it looks bullish

But......... I do take all of what you say into account.

I see your Equity vs USD article today too.

As regards stocks though, i think it is fair to say any pull back "should" be temporary "at the moment"

Phew....... Your book too has got me thinking ......... I see 10 year yield dropped today and 2 year has stayed where it ended on friday just about.......... Do you think the 10 - 2 spread is peaking ??

You did say the economy and stocks lag the curve by months to year or so

Also ............ Oil / Gold ratio i am sure is on the up.

But i do think stocks look bullish now ........ If it made a 1-2-3 then i would say bearish ..... But to me S&P looks like it has made a channel congestion since 1st June. It has even made a succession of higher lows since 1st June.

I am guessing and clutching at straws now, but ............ CPI next week ........... Did you hear something about businesses still needing to burn off a lot of inventories ?

Always nice to hear your thoughts

Thanks

Would an increase in the CPI figures next week be in line with what the bond market has been doing in the last week or two.

Thanks

I was thinking the exact same thing last night

"Summer Doldrums"

I see over the 2003 recovery it took a pause June - August

IMHO, (and understanding i am a complete idiot)..................

Stocks look pretty bullish right now !!!

Do you know where i might find 10-2 Treasury spread charts ???

I see bloomberg website has nice charts, but i do not know all they tickers, or even if they show them.

Yeah, Sunday 7th June is Full Moon.

If you plot New and Full moon and most marco charts you get interesting results, (sometimes break outs, sometimes tops). May 7th last top on S&P was exactly on Full moon.

Could well just be randomness and like anything in this game you need to take it in context.

XAUEUR looks very interesting, (had 0.3:1 long for a while), nice to see it +700

P.S. I have not been able to find much info on your two month cycle, (it wasn't in your hard cover book), please post a link if you can.

Thanks

That gold will form an upward sloping triangle, continuously pressuring the 980 / 990 upside for the next couple of days before bursting through 1000.

Wishful thinking.
