July 2008 trend resistance line for EU comes in a titch below your 1.40 at c.1.3970 and falling. I also see EW targets at 1.3820. The usd play is almost too obvious and too easy, yer know what I mean ?!

1.40 on euro dollar is on

The markets are frothing

Stock that would go up 2 dollar on earning is going up 5
there is too much liquidity, no taper, market will continue up

looks like S&P will spike up towards year end - 2000?

Its all QE

The reflexivity trade - reversion to its trend for the dollar to pull up a bit towards 1.3550 may come up, but I would only go long the euro for now

fundamentals are against the dollar

I'm expecting at least 8890 but don't let me influence your immediate long bias.

@Ashraf - ECB and EU officials will start talking down the Euro if it gains too much. Though agree the US econ fundamentals plus Janet Yellen election indicate prolonged QE and softer USD across the board.
