@callum I've just cut the trade at break even. I don't like the price action too!

Good luck with your gbp/jpy. I cannot comment as I don't follow this pair.

@Pabloc75 - I shorted gbpjpy 135.15 only to see this shoot up looking like it wants test 136. I am looking at re-enty short on GBPUSD above 1.50 but let's see how things pan out, as I am a little perplexed right now.

GBP JPY seems to hold much better around the 135 than against the USD. Does this look like a better short given risk aversion would drive both JPY stronger coupled with on-going GBP weakness?

@Pipped? you looking at GBPJPY for re-entry also or just GBPUSD

Hi all! Anyone short cable? I shorted at 1.5010 and went out at 1.489 this morning. Looking to re enter @ 1.4950 to catch another 100 pips per Ashraf's IMT target 1.4850.
Thank you Ashraf!! This $$ goes to your book. Have a nice trading day all of you!!

Careful of another mindless short squeeze here in GBPUSD. By all roghts, it should have gone to 1.49 on the RICS Housing news. However, the RAB needs to support risk appetite in order to prop up its overvalued currency Aussie. So not only is RBA selling a basket of currencies against AUD in regular FX transactions, they are also selling USDCAD, buying gold, and buying euro and GBPUSD.

Additionally, the EURGBP pair put on 80/90 pips yesterday. So as is the norm with GBPUSD after awful economic news, the offer on EURGBP will be hit all day as euro struggles and GBPUSD once again defies the odds and sqeezes shorts in yet another mindless short-covering squeeze.
