if we get close above 1127, then we're talking about 1138-40. but the close above 1127 must be convincing.

lucky, silver trend line resistance at 18 holding from Dec.


we're living the same scenario of Mar 10 and late Feb.

Also....Expect to see Silver at anywhere around 19.35 & 20.05 for the mth end....right now 14.80 is a wee bit off!

@ Forum: Guys when will you stop shorting the Gold...if you notice om the daily...the bigger picture is an inverted H&S...price is almost at the neckline...which is abt $1,136...look for a $30 move after it hit this mark...and I guess a break out higher....after bouncing off the 1040 support...and even looking at the monthly charts its clear as day that price will test last year's high....so stop shorting and look for possible areas to go long...instead of going on the shorter term dwnwards move....I've learnt my lesson trying to short and each time getting burnt only to realize that it's not always good to follow someone blindly...look at the charts yourself and make the final decision based on your own analysis and not just because Ashraf said it...he's not always right....and longer term they're all bullish!

@SydneyJames: Not sure if I would talk about a gold "rally" at this point. It seems to be in a kind of doldrum state. Not to say that it _won't_ rally at some point though.

I personally think that there is higher probability to win if you short than long gold at the moment. But I am not sure about how high will this gold rally go, possible to retest the 1127 or 1120 or 1118 level, personally believe USDX will go stronger
