too much to elaborate on here...1 hr can point way out to 377+ pips so not sure about your definition of scalper.

the 144 and 169 form a tunnel from which a move away from tunnel can be measured in fibo numbers..

4 hr eliminates the chop if you allow to run for staying in trades longer and gives take profit level based on another filter
