resistance formed around 4000/4010 level.... as long as no close above that level... could see continuation down....

break above 4062 would signal wave from 4374 has ended at 3837... and may see further recovery to 4160/90 level... b4 next selloff takes place...

expecting current wave from 4578 to continue toward 3550/70 level....

yep, our savings will ultimately be decimated but in the meantime I still expect some deflation, maybe wrong of course :-)

Yeah, "shallow rets" in context of daily candles. Intra day is always gonna try shake da cocktail.

@Jacek. God Save the Queen. (shame she can't have a few heads removed in our society) Mervyn King would be safe enough, good solid man there.

EU bulls also need to watch 100% at 3722 and ext at 3456 if we continue on south. Its a wicked wind that blows from the north right now. Those that have controlled the weather are weakening.

As for EU wave 3 of 3 in progress this would be characterised by steep falls with very shallow rets along the way, lasting multi days on a daily t/f. All normal supports and fibs etc would be short lived.

Jury still out, next important fib at 3650 ish is 61.8% ret of the last signif swing up on daily map. Lets see if china et al can come to the rescue again :-)

@Catnip, I agree with you AL does not seem to understand the "larger" picture, the fundamental underlying poisons established by eu forefathers, concerned only with their own power. Of course the intro of a rating agency now would have no credibility whatsoever, just like their bank stress testing, its all a great big joke. They are totally out of control now trying to firefight, its all too late.
