Favourite critique from cat and many traders is that there are so many tech S&R levels that its impossible to know which will play. The challenge is to find which ones happen to repeat time and again for any given symbol and use those to provide a trading map with all the parameters we need for profitable trading. Nothing is ever perfect of course, have to accept that.

difficult candle for 4 hr...still short but 1 hr long perhaps to 4300...

good level for sideline wait and see...

so, the 50% level aligning with the H.1 SMA can be considered a cluster of potential support in this example.

skippers 21 SMA on the H.1 often plays well. Held that 4167 level to perfection.

yea, different mkts like their favourite levels. Another example is quite a few forex pairs like 3 wave W.A's rather than the more usual 5 wave W.A's in most other vehicles. This is a very valid reason for focusing on just a few trading vehicles to become "expert" at pattern recognision. Since I took on board forex start of 2010 it detracted from my annual trading target because trying to monitor too much stuff. It was to be expected.

grrrr screwing around just cost my my entry point..playing too cautious should have steped in @14168..look at it it run now lol dave i kinda understand what you mean about feel for the markets and how they react at certain fib levels and weather they hold or not..i remember mark saying the 50%retracv is often respected by the eur$...most pairs have levels which they often respect..50% is it for eur lol slowly trying to tie all of it together lol..gl guys:)

omg your soo right dave im still thinkn its 14218 but i have it drawn correct on my charts just not opening my eyes up lol..thanks:)

G'morning all...some violent storms afternoon in gulf...got caught offshore, could not make port
ran for higher port, storm followed...headin west circled back behind.....was only 15 min
from 1st port, but ended up 3 hr. excursion in 15-20ft rollerz..crew pissed...spilled their drinks
kinda like doubling down to get back lol
