First 2,3, 5 year bond auction of France after downgrade. Total 9.5 bln Eur offered. I expect bid to cover will be decent and more strength in EURx. Buy limit 12910

important market testing Spain and France bond auctions today.. most maturities beyond the 3-year ECB LTRO.. so no cheap 1% insurance premium on these "Sarkozy trades":-)..

so hedging like this seems very prudent..

take care traderz....Greece deal with investors still a rumor. The biggest investor is the ECB, mind that. Tomorrow long term bond auction that is crucial. USDx is still around 85. EURx still near record low. I believe however there will be an EURx rebound yielding up to 1.38 in EURUSD. But I won't take any unhedged positions before tomorrow's auctions.
