ah well I never thought this eu game was to steer EU economy into depression. That would make a bit of sense at last. They are doing a very good job when I thought they were being incompetant

I still maintain China is in a trap. Its economy is still export oriented . If they want to go on and not establish a self sustaining domestic market ( that would mean introduction of minimum wages much higher then now average) they are the bailout cow.
Because it is in the power of the FED the ECB etc. to steer US and EU economies into depression and then China has no more customers, faces social- political unrest , and inflation.
Thus China is not in the driver's seat. I do not think the US will allow anyone to put the USD's role as world trade and reserve currency into question. In fact however this is based on a myth, that the US is autarchic. This has been so after the end of WW II for some years but the myth is still active.

They could introduce the death penalty and abolish eu human rights to achieve fiscal rectitude

They need someone like china to take a look at Sarcosy expenses and then visit Brussels expenses. Impose some disciplines.

ezone never have problem, just a few country spend more than they can afford. kick them out, then everything will be fine.

the next race is welfare cutting, UK is leading the world again.
