IMF badly needs re funding as well as efsf and who can afford that ? Leveraging is a crazy game in this scenario

there was a rumour about chinese official will not allow RMB open/free exchange unless they get IMF.

and recent few months, china spread a rumour about 3-5 years for open/free exchange.
