Catnip, I been trading EU and GU long for quite some time now. I don't care when they eventually turn because then I will start looking for short plays. I don't have to try be a hero and catch the absolute high or low candle and my stops take care of open positions.

cable 150? BoE QE for sure? I see some bringin in too much of emotion instead of facts.
Same holds for EUR. EUR is second weakest currency . See EURGBP EURAUD .... no EUR strength
at all. As I predicted EUR raises only because ECB is unable to act but ECB will soon enough be forced to devalue. The majority of EURzone economies need EURUSD 1.1 they cannot tolerate 1.4 .

And who is winding up Ashraf this morning. He sounds like a grumpy old man. Forex factory calendar should be on everyone's desk.

My 5935 symmetry level for GU looks like breaking at last but need to see a more convincing break.

Yes Turkey and Poland are very well placed for the next 50 years by which time UK will have a very different position in the league of world economies. Demographics and Geography dictate.

GPB has been taking a hammering from the turkish lira as well. they are only 5 years behind brazil as an economy with no sub prime or bank bail outs and stocks up 25% and growth now converging with china. marc mobius now committing huge amounts to turkey in the coming months, oh almost forgot to mention they pay almost 9% on cash deposits.
