Those closely watching the S&P500 relative to he VIX can look at Monda's Pemium chats on SPX/VIX & he failed retracement in the equity index.

For gold the 55 and 200 dma's fall in between the 38.2% and 50% rets of last swing up

104.50/70 area as support level for push higher to 112.50 area initially.... only break of 103.80 may see bigger pullback to 101/99 area..... as long as it trades above 95 area.... see it targeting 120 area....

looks like sell signal triggered for gold..... probably a good sell around 1740/50 level for 1550/70 area...

i use sub's method on crude, and found support at 10380, timing for this and next week.
