Gold/Silver Ratio trendline still intact from Dec 13 as drawn here below.

make sense, but china and iran have contract issue now.

imho this is maybe another crazy rally follow by mega bear, will post my guess tomorrow..

Almost everyone bets on brent going to 120 if EU blocks import of Iran oil far more should Iran close Hormuz ( I do not believe it will happen) . Imo the embargo will come . The impact on US economy is small but on EU economy big. China gets Iran oil much cheaper.
Will buy a call option strike 125 Feb future brent. If EU embargo comes that will also push USDx up thus EURUSD will go to 1.20 .

I entered a short today crude as the 70.7% held for 3 days. reverse not yet confirmed so scalp mentality until 98.35 broken

rumour, china will build up own crude reserve system, local government may part of it.

positive for crude?
