I'm out of this short... for a loss. This thing is heading up to 0.8940s before it turns around. If it turns.

Our condolensces on your short of aussie Callum. Hopefully it turns back and heads south for you, but not after I get some short at .8885. Oh, just got it.

OK Aussie, back south where you belong. You don't get rewarded when your CB DOESN'T raise interest rates when over 67% of strategists pimped the public into believing you would.

The AUD / USD has broken upwards through the 61.8% retracemnet level from yesterday's peak before the fall, looks like at least for not its wants to make a strong reversal? Earlier today it was a false break above 8870 but now it is making a second run. What's driving this this pair higher?? Or is this merely someone trying to do stop-loss bargain hunting?

AUD/USD already up nearly 50% from its high / low today, largely on the upside in the morning US trading session. What's the story here? Wasn't this a clear downer heading to low 87 level?

@ said. I'm thinking 25 Oct to 10 Jan top is a flat creating a double top and that the most recent downwave from 10 Jan is the first wave of the down move completing 5 waves at 79.10. Which is why I feel that the move since 79.10 is likely corrective and possibly still continuing to 81.30. However, though I take EW with a dose of salts in the rumble / tumble of reality - that's the only reading I can make from it just now. As usual, we'll have to wait and see.
