Agree with you Ashraf, it seems AUDJPY is forming a spinning top now on daily chart.

bluecheap, AUDJPY looking at double top at 81.80. this would be the first to drop on falling stocks

jack, hard to argue against stocks right now. 1,105 =100-week MA in S&P500.

@Abood be careful mate Oil is rocketing today...I wouldn't start shorting oil until it breaks 72, then validates that with a break of 71. At the moment it seems to have re-entered the upward channel that seems to have started in Feb 09

Ashraf could I kindly get your opinion on the DOW and SPX...am itching to jump in short but am vary that earnings season could see another leg up on both indexes. M&A activity seems to be picking up aswell ( Kraft/cadbury etc). A friend at Rothschilds seems to have started working weekends again as dealflow has significantly picked up

Abood, rising oil is largely a USD story. a Close above 73 today may call up 74. But US markets closed so we could easily hit that on lwo volume.

heding long USDCAD with short EURCAD has been paying off. see tweets and IMTs of last 2 business days

AUDJPY - In my opinion expect retracement to 80.50 -70 zone -then back upwards

target 83.50 in the next 2 weeks
