not neccesarily , unless it breaches the fibo in good style

now at the fibo and im seeind the current MACD crossover [1hr] higher than the previous one AND! the hourly stochs at the bottom , id wait for more decisive long shot

I'm fxspottraderpro and after work i manage my own dineros from 3 years with MT4 from activtrades (london), little broker but two king of acount : interbank and standard(MM).

ibfx.com US BANK handles cash..has debit option for immediate funds..good for you 10 pips in morning..
party same night..
they don't want to fu..too much biz comin their way... mmt4....efficient with actt info..
anyway try a little..
