And entirely on topic the recent horse meat scandle is a pretty good example of overly complicated EU regulation. A massive back to basics is required or the eu will bankrupt us all.

for purposes of clarification I view french cuisine en france as a leading indicator, if they lose that status then France is on its way down the proverbial toilet.

I am revising my EU potential reversal target from 1.3343 to ad infinitum until further notice--i.e the position clarifies. 1 hr stochs appear to be hooking up but daily stochs are very firmly pointing down. Weekly stochs are also hooking over. Might be a cold north wind under way skipper.

We have some french chefs owning London restaurants, the cordon bleu variety. Some of them say that english cooking is better than french cuisine nowadays and that they would never employ french chefs because they keep looking at their watches for the next tea break. Really seriously lazy as compared to english staff. French chefs demand very short working hrs and tend to be militant.

Nah cat, we have never seen a french tourist in Cornwall. I don't think the french look beyond London and even that is painful for them. Cornwall is endearingly backward in many ways. Not so many years ago they said that every year they would take a black man into the schools to show the children what a black man looked like. Purely educational of course, no racism.

I am about convinced the deal will not get ratified. That is the reason for a short pos cable.
Cable short is now back at entry. Was almost knocked out.
Anyway German French TV channel, after ots of good docus on travels in France, has now started to cover Cornwall.
Started with a public address by Merkel within a year they'll drive....ya know.

The Budget deal is a small step in the right direction assuming it is ratified. A cap on the Brussels credit card, mon dieu !

I was listening to Marie Le Pen earlier this week and thinking what a great shame she is not leading the French nation instead of the ridiculous Hollande.

USDx ist not necessarily the same as USD relative strength but nevertheless its the day of British pound . Hopefully Cameron gets even more weight on these complacent squanderers of their very own economic future in Eurozone.
