has anyone noticed that immediately after German econ data USDx and EURx both spiked EURUSD lost 70 pips?
Not a sign of confidence imho.

IFO grew by its weakest level in 5 months.

The main takeaway from todays IFO survey is that Germanys recovery is unlikely to be sufficient to lift Eurozone peripherals out of recession.

interesting to read mauldin's comparison of USA and Sweden's socialism..

that's like comparing bb's and cannons..

Sweden very small fraction of Calif gdp and has a 45% tax/gdp..idea has spread throughout Europe however.....and never looking back..

Yes I think it generally has one of the highest daily ranges but low volume similar to usdcad
