in the very short term.... bears have the advantage as long as below 3291...
daily just turned negative... so i believe we move lower from here... and test 2975/3000 support...

only break above 3291 or weekly close above 3250 would likely open up upside...
have to see which side breaks first.... 2974 or 3291....
