So you are forecasting gbpchf to 1.98 by Feb 2015 and gbpusd more downside to what level ?

There is no doubt we have austerity measures in the UK and I think this will continue for at least another 7 yrs, possibly longer.

Next levels to watch are the trend support line drawn from the Feb 2012 low coming in at 1.4876 and rising, below which I have 1.4783 pattern ext, then 1.4709 Feb low. (current 1.4956)

yep, today gbpaud takes out the symmetry low confirming the bear. The retracement was capped by 50% ret level at 1.5319 coinciding with 100 and 200 DMA's, 100 and 55 WMA's all in the cluster zone 1.5319/5370.

GBPUSD has made a bullish daily hammer after breaking its trend support drawn from March 2009 low. Currently closing above long term support.

You expect further depreciation on cable and positive reaction on aussie with 14900 then 14700 on GBP/AUD
does it mean that cable headind toward 15400 zone and the aussie will stabilize at 10400-10500 level ??
