I am by no means disrespectful. Quite the contrary. I think Ashraf is one of the best in this business out there.
However with what I wrote I wanted to imply that Ashraf is doing no good to his image by trying to play prophet on all possible occasion. And then to emphasize when he guessed right and not menion when he guessed wrong.

Enough with the complaining and whining. I suggest that Ashraf issue a full refund to Fanetti.

Ashraf start a premium site now

i think it is time you started charging for this stuff. You have people coming here taking you to trial over 3 pips or spending pages over sentence and ignoring the major moves you told us. you told us about china raising rates since september (it happened in october) and told us about high bond yields. u do make errors but these trading calls have been awesome. not to mention taking EURdollar down from high 1.30s last december to 1.18.

you tweet and you write these intraday thoughts as well as the long articles and take the time to respond to forum questions. why care about those idiots? open a premium section and let these calls pay for themselves. the learning you have given here in past 2 years helped guys think about riskaversion and appetite and impact of chinese tightening in a way they could never do.

you have done enough in educating people and making them money. its about time you get paid for it

hahaha this is crazy now pl wanna start bitchin about ashraf telling us what needs or will happen in the markets or what other countries need to do...buddy or lady- chill out- sit back an listen to the story that is being told an get ready to re-act to the story.its very easy to forget all the peices to the story an the china story is just 1 of many peices an it was on the back burner lately so ashraf is just reminding us about this very IMPORTANT peice of data an if u think about it they need to raise rates an each time they put it off when the next mth rolls around its more likely they will raise rates an ur trade will be rewarded. so please stop with the bitchn:(..lets see if we can go 1 full mth without any neg- comments@towards ashraf:) gl guys

Fanetti, I assume you understand English, read it and grasp it. If you will, I ask you to go again to my last post and read what I said. So I repeat, What i said was China TIGHTENED monetary policy THREE TIMES over the last 3 months. It did so by RAISING interest rates ONCE, and RAISING the Reserve Requirements Ratio TWICE. Each of these three things is referred to as a tightening of monetary policy in economics.

Therefore, (read carefully now) CHina has TIGHTENED monetary policy THREE TIMES. during these last 3 months. Actually, it raisd rates THREE TIMES over the last TWO (not three) months. And so when I said they will raise rates, im referring to reserve requirement (it is a form of a rate) and the lending rate (also a rate).

And the reason Im sure that they will do it this Friday or weekend is because of what I said regarding the 3-year auction. Whether a hike of rates or reserve reqrmts, it should happen this friday 10:30 GMT or this weekend.

Calm down Fanetti, Its an alert, one of many alerts Ashraf will give over the course of a month. Its a part of his job to emphasise whatever he feels is relevant and important and no one is better than he at this particular endeavour.
