If gold turns down from here it is likely to test 1755/53 area. If stocks continue to crater I would expect gold up again.

Note today high was at the 70.7% ret level, often plays for gold, crude and stocks.

yap, but i did see a little ret, better than no ret at all. still have dangerous down side risk.

I dunno Quingyu, gold should have done better today to the upside. Perhaps the margin increase upset things but I feel its an alert. Maybe downside ahead.

USD is not the problem the panic is EUR . As I wrote earlier
never sent to ask fro whom the bell tolls....
Now Mr . Trichet should get out of bed ( with Merkel? who knows?) and ACTION OPEN THE LIQUIDITY FLOOD GATE!

gold long works perfect well, but why? just because eur fall? but usdx raise...
