Don't agree with Ashraf on gold. The selloff continues and when we remember Lehman that was followed by big selloff gold to get cash. This looks like a renewed credit crunch.
Of course the credit crunch tone is set by sovereign uncertainties but I think that will trigger selling gold by CBs.

@Lucky fair play you did bang the short drum a few weeks back when it was trading around the mid 80s...you prob could pick up a nice 911 turbo with your winnings

@ashraf..having said that do u see gold capped at a certain level?an what will it take to see gold move lower?trying to move through all the noice to see if this short trade is viable or not..thanks for ur help gl

lucky, gold continues to rally on lack of confidence emerging from sovereign ucnertainty. Unlike in the previous months when falling stocks led to falling gold, this time the selloff is due to the deteriraotion of countries not paying their debt, which is raising the fear with national currencies.
