Chloe, it looks like DX is destined to test the 76/76.50 support, it could get there in one day now almost. I hesitate to do much chart analysis at mo because Ashraf was so convinced that china would hike early this week and the implications of that as you know are wide ranging. I was surprised your usdcad reversed down again, I thought it would make at least 1.0100 but that analysis is void now. gl with decisions :-)

From Shanghai interbank money data I see very little chance for PBOC hike will keep fx currencies up USDx weak

weekly chart looks like a double bottom on the jpyusd..but even that shows we might trend lower to put in a nice double bottom.???thanks:)

what ya think dave, more downside in usdx?looking @ long the jpyusd 81 area looks to be around the all time lows but with usdx sittin 100points above the support if we were to test 76usdx then the jpy would have to trend much lower...hmm your thoughts are appreciated:)gl

not sure why ashraf moved up his t/p to 1.0180 late fri when egypt crisis was in full swing an then not to change his stance..one thing that kinda stands out is oil unability to make fresh new highs given the rise in risk appitite+dow+s&p both regained there highs..mayb ashraf sees something we dont lol..gl guys(i wish he would give more details when he makes such clear+ambitious calls)

usdx still has a long way to go if it plans on testing the 76 support...doesn;t take the big boys long to get the momentum going :(..lots of powder left an did manage to lighten up on positions:)..gl al:)
