FXHandler,
I just got back ......I don't how many years is your mortgage.....but I think Yen will drop too against NOK in the near future..........

I was living in Japan for 6 years.....they have so many problems .....and in my opinion no way to fix by themselves...... but in the near term, I can't give you any advice about this year.....they are going to have election now.....the results may boost Yen.....

Good luck!!!

Life,

I did CHF already, but it's abit sluggish now. Not much movements there anymore....
YEN looks more profitable.

FXHandler,

JPY to risky, have you considered CHF instead? SNB wants EUR/CHF above 1.5.

Qin,

Wow, I read about these housing prizes in Shanghai recently. I would also expect the house prices to drop more in Norway and other countries. Since the interest rent went down, the house prices hasn't dropped much here. Actually some houses has just gotten more expencive since last year....

I agree with the US economy. They kick up their stock market now, every country is following. No fundamentals....
More bubbles to bust in the future.

I ask you about the YEN, cause they got 0.1 interest rate and I like to convert my house loan into it, this way I benefit from the low interest rate and also the size of my loan will be drop as the NOK get stronger than the YEN. Risky, yes. But.....

FXHandler,
I know that US economy will have a very very slow recovery, just like Japan 20 years ago.....
US debts has already reached 15 Trillion.....

Chinese real estate has a huge bubble, specially in Shanghai.....the apartment in Shanghai is more expensive than in Stockholm now.......every time, I go back to Shanghai, the real estate price is doubled.....

I am waiting for it bust in near future, because I want to buy a house in my hometown......

Ashraf, is good timer, but he may not right every time......if he really know when and how much FX will move...he should quit his job .....he will be richer then Buffet.....

I just short USD/CAD at 1.870.....let see.....I play very small since this week.....before most of traders are on the vacation now.....
