Given enough traders respecting a particlular MA then there is potential value. Its a little hit and miss though. No differnt to having a bunch of fibs up without knowing the key levels or how to apply fibs correctly.

must admit Ashrafs favourite 55 DMA played a lot this week. Perhaps I done forex mkts an injustice.

Some guys use MA's offset a specific period into the future and think they are leading. Its nonsence.

An MA has to mirror price history, therefor it is not a leading indicator. Most indicators are lagging price.
